Searching for Royal Charlotte shipwreck
On 4 January 2012, our archaeological expedition team set out to Frederick Reef in the Coral Sea to locate the remains of the India-bound ship Royal Charlotte, shipwrecked in 1825.
With great success, the team found the remains of the wreck, including an anchor chain, anchor and cannon.
