For our current campaign, we are seeking your support to redevelop the Museum’s Learning Centre. Since its opening in 1999, it has welcomed over 500,000 students. The refurbishment will facilitate museum object-based learning opportunities for people of all ages, helping to build deeper understanding and appreciation of Australia’s rich maritime history as well as the scientific and environmental challenges and opportunities ahead.
